How Does The Constant Temperature And Humidity Machine Air Conditioning System Work?



The operation of Emerson's constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system is through three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation system, air circulation system, electrical automatic control system; refrigerant circulation system, the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat of the air (the air is cooling and dehumidification) and begin to evaporate. 


After that, a temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the air, and the liquid refrigerant is also completely evaporated into low-temperature low-pressure gas, which is then sucked and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase). The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve (or capillary), it becomes a low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator. Complete the refrigerant cycle process. Temperature range of constant humidity and humidity machine: 0℃~150℃, humidity range: 30%~98% RH, it can be divided into vertical type and desktop type according to the test requirements.
